Having set off on our journey in the middle of a global pandemic, we wanted to differentiate ourselves by not only helping our partners find truly amazing talent and our candidate’s awesome jobs but we wanted to give back. We believe that corporate social responsibility should be a part of all of us. At Be Different we donate 5% of every successful placement fee to charity and this is split equally (2.5% each) between the hiring manager and candidate to donate to a charity/foundation they believe in.

To date we have donated in excess of £240,000 to charities across the globe.
