Role: Technical Producer
Location: Poland – Remote anywhere in Europe

Requirements/skills:
- 6+ years of game development experience, at least 1 shipped title in a Producer capacity.
- Ease with technical subjects.
- Good sense of perspective - able to switch between "details" and "big picture" as needed
- Experience managing conflict
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Proven experience with project management.
- Experience working on a shipped title (ideally from start to finish).
- You have experience working with JIRA.
- You have worked with Agile software development.
- Proficient verbal and written English skills.
- Capable of running a team in a fully remote environment.
